We Know How to Work the System — So You Don't Have To

Extended warranty claims are notorious for being slow, confusing, and frustrating. Companies push back, require specific documentation, and use language designed to reduce what they pay out. After more than 10 years of dealing with warranty providers directly, our team knows exactly how to navigate that process — and how to get your claim approved efficiently.

From the moment you bring your vehicle in, we take ownership of the entire process. You drop off your car, we handle everything, and you get it back repaired — without spending hours on hold or translating warranty jargon.

We Handle All Communication

We call the warranty company, provide documentation, submit photos, and manage every step of the approval process on your behalf.

10+ Years of Experience

We know what warranty companies need to approve claims and how to present the information correctly the first time.

No Runaround

We deal with pushback from providers directly so you never have to argue about what's covered or get caught between the shop and the company.

Full Transparency to You

We keep you informed throughout the process. You always know where your claim stands and what's happening with your vehicle.

How We Handle Your Claim

01

Bring It In

Drop your vehicle off and let us know you have an extended warranty. Bring your warranty documents if you have them.

02

Diagnose

We perform a complete diagnosis, document all findings, and identify exactly what repairs are needed and what should be covered.

03

We File the Claim

We contact your warranty provider, submit all required documentation, and manage the approval process from start to finish.

04

Repair

Once approved, we complete all covered repairs with the same quality and care we apply to every vehicle in our shop.

05

Pick Up

We walk you through exactly what was covered, what was repaired, and handle any remaining billing with the provider directly.

Common Warranty Claim Types We Handle

If your extended warranty covers it, we'll fight to get it approved. Here are the most common claim types we process.

⚙️

Engine Repairs

Internal engine failures, gasket issues, oil leaks, timing components, and major engine repairs that qualify under your plan's powertrain coverage.

🔄

Transmission

Automatic and manual transmission failures, solenoids, torque converters, and related drivetrain components covered under most powertrain warranties.

❄️

A/C & Heating

Compressor failures, evaporator issues, blower motors, and climate system repairs that fall under comprehensive or listed component coverage.

Electrical Systems

Alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, control modules, and electrical component failures covered under extended electrical or comprehensive plans.

🔩

Suspension & Steering

Struts, shocks, steering racks, control arms, and related suspension failures that qualify under your specific warranty plan's listed components.

🌡️

Cooling System

Water pumps, radiators, thermostats, and cooling system failures that are listed under your plan — we ensure documentation meets provider requirements.

Extended Warranty FAQ

It helps to have them, but it's not required. As long as you have your warranty provider's name and your policy number, we can usually pull up the details directly. Bring whatever you have and we'll work with it.

No. That's the whole point. Once you authorize us to work on your vehicle and file on your behalf, we handle all communication with the warranty provider from start to finish. You'll hear from us — not them.

It happens. When it does, we push back. We know how to document and present repairs in a way that maximizes approval. If a denial stands, we'll explain exactly what was and wasn't covered and give you honest options for the remaining repairs.

We don't charge a separate fee for managing your warranty claim. Our work is billed as part of the repair service itself — the same way any shop would charge for diagnostics and labor. We just handle the paperwork on top of it at no extra cost.

It varies by provider. Some approvals come back same day; others take 24–48 hours. We work efficiently to minimize your wait time and keep you updated throughout. We won't start repairs until you've approved the estimate and the claim has been reviewed.

Bring your vehicle in and we'll review your plan with you. After diagnosing your vehicle, we'll cross-reference the repair needed against your warranty terms and give you a straight answer on what should be covered before we file anything.
