We're Hiring
Automotive Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, transmission flushes, and A/C system repairs
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic procedures to accurately identify the source of customer concerns
- Stay current with industry best practices and evolving automotive technology
- Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify correct operation
- Maintain clear, precise service records and repair documentation for customers and internal records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe in accordance with shop standards
- Communicate findings to service staff clearly and professionally
* Technicians should be prepared to handle complex automotive issues and work independently when needed. Fleet vehicle experience (larger trucks and vans) is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current ASE certification required for employment
- Minimum 3 years of service technician experience
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to operate all standard auto repair tools
- Willingness to participate in ongoing in-house training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — our reputation depends on it
